1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Toyota DTC Remover platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2 Service Description

Toyota DTC Remover provides a professional DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) removal service for Denso ECU binary files. Users upload their ECU readout files, specify the DTC codes to remove, and our team processes the files for download.

3 Intended Use — Competition & Off-Road Only

⚠️ All modified files provided by this Service are exclusively intended for use in competition and/or off-road vehicles. The use of modified ECU files on vehicles driven on public roads may violate local, state, or federal regulations. The user assumes full legal responsibility for any use of modified files outside of sanctioned competition or off-road environments.

4 User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5 Credits & Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance.
  • Each file processing request costs 20 credits.
  • Payments are accepted via PayPal and Binance Pay (USDT).
  • PayPal payments are processed automatically. Binance payments require manual admin approval.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of service failure attributable to us.
  • Promotional credit bonuses are applied at our discretion and may change without prior notice.

6 File Processing

  • Uploaded files must be valid ECU readout files in supported formats (.bin, .hex, .ori).
  • We process files as quickly as possible, typically within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Checksum is not calculated or corrected by the Service; checksum verification and calculation is the sole responsibility of the user's ECU flashing software/hardware (e.g., PCMFlash, BitBox, KESS3).
  • We do not guarantee compatibility or results for all ECU types or DTC codes.
  • Uploaded files are stored securely and are only used for the purpose of providing the Service.

7 Limitation of Liability

Toyota DTC Remover and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of modified files. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to vehicles, ECUs, or any legal consequences arising from the use of modified files on public roads.

8 Privacy & Data

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service (email, username, uploaded files).
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
  • Payment details are handled securely through PayPal and Binance Pay — we do not store payment card details.
